  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from time of purchase (Monday-Friday) 
  • Depending on your region, domestic shipping will arrive within 2-4 business 
  • A tracking number will be sent when your order is ready to ship
  • Please allow extra time for shipments during special events and promotions
  • TSC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, all claims must be filed with the USPS



  • We offer USPS Priority Mail International (typically 4-7 business days), and USPS First Class Mail International (typically 7-21 business days)
  • It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery.
  • TSC is not responsible for any lost packages, all claims must be filed with the USPS
  • All fees for returned items on international shipping (Non-US Domestic) must be paid by the customer.

Note: The shipping flat rate will be deducted from all refunds. All clearance items, headwear, undergarments, and accessories are final sale. Gift cards are final sale.

If you have a product you would like to return or exchange, we’d love to help. Please read the following guidelines then submit a request using our Returns & Exchanges tab (include order number in the message).

  • All items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the date of purchase
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered 
  • All merchandise must have their original tags attached
  • Proof of purchase or return authorization (RA) must accompany the return
  • All merchandise is subject to inspection upon return in order to qualify eligibility of return/exchange
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In order to receive a full refund, all promotional and/or free items must be returned with the purchase
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items or products purchased at special events. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
  • In the case of a store sale, we do not price match on previously purchased items

** Returns/Exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of your request. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange.
